RICHARD HENNESSY IS DEAD
Richard Hennessy, aged 76 years, died at 3:12 o'clock this morning at his home in this city, after a short illness of pneumonia. He was born November 9th, 1835 at Kilkenny, Ireland, but had spent most of his life in America. He leaves a son, Thomas A Hennessy and several grandsons and granddaughters and many friends to mourn his death.
The funeral services will be held at 9 o'clock tomorrow morning at the Catholic church.
The deceased had made El Reno his home for many years, the last few of which he acted in the capacity of state oil inspector. He was a man of pleasing personality and his honorable life was an example to those with whom he came in contact.
