Mrs. Arvie T. Bell of Yadkin County Dies Funeral Held Saturday.
Mrs. Arvie Turner Bell, 86, of Route 2, Hamptonville, died Wednesday morning at Iredell Memorial Hosiptal in Statesville.
Mrs. Bell was born in Wilkes County to the late Wilburn and Mary Hayes Turner. She was a member of
Hunting Creek Friends Meeting. She was the widow of Don A. Bell.
Surviving are one daughter, Mary Lou Bell Smith, of Hamptonville; five stepchildren, Joy Turner, of Walkertown, Kathryn Martin, of Red Oak, David Bell, of Lewisville, Charles Arnold and Ron A. Bell, both of Hamptonville; 16 step-grandchildren, and eight step-great grandchildren.
Funeral Services were held Saturday at Hunting Creeks Friends Meeeting by the Rev. Karl Luff and the Rev. Milton Jordan. Burial was in the church cemetery.
