Indiana State Board of Health Certificate of Death No. 34556 for Indianapolis Marion County, records that Henry Bridges, white male, age 59, a farmer, died on November 11 1924 at the Central Insane Hospital in Marion County. He was the husband of Alice Bridges. The cause of death was "Angina Pectoris" with contributing cause of "arteriosclerosis." He was the son of George T. Bridges of Kentucky, and Elizabeth Prather [sic-Pitcher] of Indiana. The informant was Fred Bridges, and he was buried at Greenlawn Cemetery in Johnson County.
