Funeral services for Roy Banister, 42, who died suddenly Friday in Tyler, Texas, will be held Monday at 10 am at the residence of his mother, Mrs. Aline Banister, 514 Oak Street, with Dr. James T. Horton, pastor of the First Baptist Church officiating. Interment, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, will follow in Riverview Cemetery. The boy arrived in Monroe from Tyler Saturday afternoon.

D. Ross Banister, a former Louisiana state representative
William Guy Banister, of the Federal Bureau of Investigation
