Minnie Elizabeth Braitsch, the 11 year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Braitsch, died Sunday morning at the home of her parents, 845 South Topeka. She had been confined to her room for about a month with a complication of troubles super-induced by la grippe. (...)
She was patient in all her affliction, popular with her teacher and school companions, and had developed her mental powers very rapidly, probably at the expense of physical energy. Sincere sympathy of all who knew her goes out to her sorrowing parents who have lost a sweet young spirit presence from the household, but who is at last released from a life of pain and harrowing disadvantage.
The funeral will be held this afternoon from the German Catholic church, the solemn ceremonies in charge of Father Charles as officiating priest.
