Jesusita Alaniz, 74, of Eagle Lake passed away on July 21,17 in Sugarland.
She was born March 8,1943 in Fulshear to Gerardo G. Sosa Sr. and Consuelo Gonzales Sosa. She worked in the daycare business and was of the Catholic faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Gerardo, G. Sosa Sr. and Consuelo Gonzales Sosa; brothers, Domingo Sosa and Gerardo Sosa Jr.
Jesusita leaves to cherish her memories daughters, Alicia Salinas and son-in-law, Javier Salinas, Belinda Dancoes and Amanda Hernandez and son-in-law Christian Hernandez; grand-children, Garreth Casper and Estefania Casper, Ryan Casper, Kiernan Casper, Seth Salinas, Ariel Hernandez, Teyana Hernandez, Brittany Dancoes and Bethany Dancoes, sisters Archie Salazar, Yolanda Almanza, Jane Salinas, Delores Garza and Debra Teague.
A rosary was held on Thursday, July 27 at 7 p.m. at the Eagle Lake Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral services will be held Friday, July 28 at 10 am. at the Parish of the Nativity Catholic Church with Father Robert Guerra officiating.
Entombment will be at the Lakeside Cemetery Mausoleum Niche in Eagle Lake.
