Billie Bickerstaff Boyd, age 55 of Slocum went to be with her Lord on Saturday, the 15th day of July, 2017. A graveside service will be conducted at ten o’clock in the morning on Monday, the 17th day of July, 2017 at Strong Memorial Cemetery in Slocum with John Bickerstaff offering words of comfort. Billie was born in Crockett, Texas on the 24th day of October, 1961 to Bill Bickerstaff and Wesie Ann Kirksey. Billie worked in the commissary at Texas Department of Criminal Justice.

Billie Boyd is preceded in death by her father, John Bickerstaff and brothers, Mike Bickerstaff and Ricky Valdez.
