"JOHNSON, Sam C. -- age 76, of 519 E. Morris Blvd., Morristown, passed away 11:45 p. m. Friday Doctor's Hospital. He was a merchant in Morristown for many years until his retirement from Johnson's Department Store in 1966. Member of Fairfield Baptist Church. Survivors: wife, Mrs. Ollie Johnson; son, Harley Johnson, Morristown; several nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends at Stetzer's 7-9 p.m. Sunday. Funeral services 2 p.m. Monday at Stetzer's Chapel. Rev. Ernest Wilson, Rev. J. B. Gulley officiating. Interment in Hamblen Memory gardens. Stetzer's, Mortuary, in charge."
