Mr. Hill was born in Roanoke, VA to the late Hugh and Pearle Kinsey Hill. He was retired from the US Air Force. Survivors include his wife Barbara L. Hill of Warner Robins. Children: Lynn (Wayne) Rackley, Ellen (David) Hastings all of Warner Robins, Rosemary (Jerry) Willhite of Canton, OH, John R. (JoAnn) Hill Jr. of Amarillo, TX and David (Dorothy) Hill of Bonaire. Brother: James S. (Carol) Hill of Winston-Salem, NC. Six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
