Adah Pessagno Mazza, 95, of Binghamton, NY, departed this life on July 1, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Mazza, daughter, Victoria Mazza, son, Daniel Mazza, and brother, Maurice Pessagno. Surviving are her son, Eugene (Ann) Mazza, daughter, Juliana (James) Goughary, sister in law Jo Pessagno, niece Donna (Frank) Longo, and nephew David Pessagno. Adah is also survived by her grandchildren, James Goughary III, Robert (Kelly) Goughary, Philip (Elena) Goughary, Jessica (Domenico) Leuci, Eugene (Alicia) Mazza, Angelo (Megan) Mazza, Gabriella (Matthew) Utermark, Victoria (Daniel) McManus, Claudia (Jerome) Gosney, and Mario Mazza. Also surviving are 10 Great-Grandchildren. After graduating from Binghamton Central High, Adah went on to work and retire from IBM, and was a member of the Quarter Century Club. Her retirement allowed her to enjoy her passions of traveling and spending time with her family. Nonna left behind many traditions that family members will cherish and carry on, especially her homemade ravioli.
