Glenn was a veteran after having served in the US Navy during World War II. He was retired after having been a machinist for Olin Corp. Glenn was a member of the Tri Country Tractor Club.
He is survived by his spouse, Erva McMillan; children, Arthur McMillan and Patricia (Randy) Miller; grandchildren, Brian (April) Tulgetske and Kimberly (Ken) Kinsella; four great-grandchildren; sibling, Audrey Pumill and several nieces and nephews.
Glenn was preceded in death by his parents; son, Glenn McMillan; brothers, Homer, Roy, Paul, Clyde "Bud" and Robert McMillan and sisters, Edith Becker and Betty McMillan in infancy.
