Wisconsin – Crawford, Dane, Grant, Iowa, Jefferson, Rock and Richland Counties

Illinois – Fulton, Hancock, Henderson, Henry, Knox, McDonough and Warren Counties

Iowa – Allamakee, Clayton, Clinton, Crawford, Dubuque, Jackson, Jones and Linn Counties

Kentucky – Breckinridge, Daviess, Jefferson, Marion, Nelson and Washington Counties

Ultimate goal is to find out what happened to my Great, Great, Great, Grandpa Eli Littlejohn McMillan who born Jan 1828 in Missouri and died circa 1861-1862 in possibly Grant Co., Wisconsin.

I post a lot of photos - including death certificates, obituaries and newspaper articles that can sometimes be difficult to read. I do this because I want to know how/why my ancestors/relatives died and I know there are a lot of people that feel the same way. These are all public records; my intentions aren't to harm any living relatives, but to provide information that may add a missing piece of a family's story (the good, the bad and the sad...). If I post something that is upsetting to you as a close relative, please contact me.
