Yvonne Delight Shrewsbury
STEPHENSON - Yvonne Delight Shrewsbury, 49, died Wednesday, March 10, 2004, at her residence following a long illness.
Born Sept. 3, 1954, in Beckley, she was the daughter of the late Rev. Garvus and Remona McGuire Lilly.
Yvonne was a homemaker and a former member of Ury Freewill Baptist Church, where she was a former Sunday school teacher and played the piano.
She attended Amigo Missionary Baptist Church. Yvonne enjoyed singing, playing the piano and the guitar.
She was also preceded in death by an infant daughter, Carmalida Dee Cadle.
Survivors include her husband, two daughters, two sisters, three brothers, and a grandson.
Service will at Tankersley Funeral Home Chapel, Mullens, and burial will follow in Shrewsbury Family Cemetery, Barkers Ridge.
