Jean L. Bechtold, 98, of Lancaster, PA passed away on Friday, June 2, 2017 at Gardens of Lititz. She was born in Christiana, PA, the daughter of LeRoy Long and Laura (Brosius) Long-Work, her husband, Guy Leonard Bechtold passed away in 2009. In the past Mrs. Bechtold was a member of Bethany Presbyterian Church in Lancaster, she loved music, reading, and puzzles. Jean enjoyed boating with her husband, traveling to Florida, and holidays with her family.

Surviving is her son, David married to Paulette Bechtold of Manheim, PA; her grandchildren, Joshua married to Karina Bechtold and Jennifer married to Phillip Wiegand; and her great grandchildren, Taylor, Jay, Flynn, and Cohen. She was preceded in death by her son, James Leland Bechtold.
