Mr. Clarence Uricek passed away September 24, 2015. Family will gather on the grounds of Great Lakes National Cemetery, 4200 Belford Rd., Holly, MI, on Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at 11:30 AM, for Military Honors Memorial. Mr. Clarence Uricek was born June 19, 1920 in Flint, Michigan. Clarence was a graduate of Flint Northern High School class 1939. He retired from Buick after 38 years of service and was a WWII Army Veteran. Clarence was a wonderful, good spirited person who loved bowling, earning several awards, and a top score of 298. He also enjoyed hunting, going to the casino, and spending time with his loving family, especially his great granddaughter Emily. He will be greatly missed. He was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Charlotte, brothers Frank, Joe and Leonard. Mr. Clarence Uricek leaves to cherish his memory daughter Carol (Richard) Griswold, grandson Arthur (Audrey) Griswold all of Gaines, MI, nephew and special buddy Jerry Uricek. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Humane Society so that lives will be saved.
