Patricia A. Graham, age 86 of Adrian, passed away Wednesday, May 17, 2017, at the Hospice of Lenawee Home.
She was born December 29, 1930, in Bowling Green, Ohio, to O. Nelson and F. Ruth (Main) Grover. She graduated from Bowling Green High School in 1948, and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from Bowling Green State University in 1952.
On December 28, 1957, Pat married Ludwig Remus “Ray” Graham. He preceded her in death in 2005, having celebrated over 47 years together.
Pat began teaching in Adrian in 1952. She retired in 1988 with 32 years of service, mostly at Lincoln Elementary. She was affiliated with the Delta Gamma Fraternity. Pat was a former member of the Adrian First Baptist Church and a current member of the Adrian First United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her sons, John (Donna) Graham of Seminole, Florida and Michael (Elizabeth) Graham of Adrian; four grandchildren, Brad, Scott, Anne and Evan; and two great grandchildren, Skylar and Olivia.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by siblings, Howard Grover, Eleanor Puckett and Eileen Gardiner; and a granddaughter, Tonya Graham.
Memorial services will take place at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 23, 2017, at the Adrian First United Methodist Church with Rev. Drew Hart officiating. Friends may visit the family at Wagley Funeral Home, Monday from 5 to 7 p.m. and again Tuesday at the church from noon until the service.
