Funeral services for Arie (Ike) Keuning of Hacienda Heights, Calif., were held Thursday at the Memorial Chapel. Interment was in Rose Hills Memorial Park.
Arie Keuning was born Jan. 4, 1916, in Corsica to Bert and Agnes Keuning. He grew up and attended school in the Corsica area.
He operated a gas station for several years in Corsica before moving to California, where he owned Puente Redi-Mix, Inc.
He married Leona Herrig on Aug. 14, 1937. She passed away in Feb. of 1974. In 1987 he married Grace Keuning.
He passed away Monday, May 4, 1992, at the age of 76.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Leona; and two brothers, Charles and Sam.
