MRS. F.W.M. CUTCHEON
Announcement was made here last night of the death yesterday at her home in Santa Babara, Calif., of Mrs. Sarah Flandrau Cutcheon, widow of Franklin W. M. Cutcheon, New York lawyer and one-time secretary general of the American Red Cross.
Born in Boone County, Ky., eighty years ago, she was married in 1891, living thereafter in St. Paul, Minn., and then in New York. In this city, Mr. Cutcheon who died in 1936, was a partner in Byrne & Cutcheon and later senior member of Cutcheon, Taylor, Bowie & Marsh. Mrs. Cutcheon was a half-sister of the late Charles Macomb Flandrau, novelist, and the late Blair Flandrau. No immediate relatives survive.

CUTCHEON -- Sarah Flandreau, widow of Franklin W. M. Cutcheon, on June 18 at her home in Santa Barbara, Calif. No funeral services will be held but private burial services will be conducted at the family home in Boone County, Kentucky.
