Residence 624 Dove St. Survived by three sons, Simpson of Baton Rouge, Johnny and Sam of New Orleans; two daughters; Mrs. Creasie Trice and Mrs. Katie Smith of New Orleans; one sister, Mrs. Annie Haynes, New Orleans; 15 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews. Body at Gilbert's Funeral Home until 5 p.m. Saturday. Wake at Pilgrim Baptist Church, Alford, Saturday night. Religious services at the church, noon Sunday, conducted by Rev. Ben Butler. Burial in Rose Hill Cemetery, Alford.
