Wedding Announcment
Mr.and Mrs James B. Driskell of Aberdeen, Ohio, announce the engagement of their daughter, Lisa Kay, of Covington, Ky., to Michael J. Kramer, son of Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Kramer of Ft Wright Miss Driskell and Mr. Kramer are graduates of the University of Cincinnati. The wedding will take place January 13 at St. Agnes Church in Ft Wright.

James B. Driskell, Sr., 82, died Thursday, June 16, 2016 at the St. Claire Regional Medical Center in Morehead. Born December 10, 1933 in Mercer County, he was the son of the late Arnold and Nellie Bowman Driskell. He was retired U. S. Navy and of the Methodist faith. He enjoyed fishing, metal detecting, frying fish and traveling.

Survivors include: three sons: Robert (Laura) Driskell of Oxnard, California, James B. (Andrea) Driskell, Jr. of Hebron, and Danny Lee (Marcia) Driskell of Independence; one daughter: Cindy Ellen Reed of Burlington; two brothers: Clifford Gene (Erma) Driskell and Hollie Driskell, both of Cincinnati, Ohio; eight grandchildren, three step-grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one son: Rodney Driskell; one daughter: Lisa Kramer; two brothers: Marshal Driskell and Luther Driskell and two sisters: Emily Driskell and Ethel Driskell.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at the Alexander & Royalty Funeral Home with Pastor Kelly Floyd officiating. Burial with military honors will be in Mt. Hebron Cemetery with grandsons: Dustin Driskell, James Bryan Driskell, III, Danny Driskell, Jeremy Driskell, J.J. Reed and Justin Zornes serving as pallbearers.

Visitation will be after 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Alexander & Royalty Funeral Home.
