96, of Phoenix passed away peacefully on April 8, 2017. Onofre was born on February 1, 1921. She is preceded in death by her husband, Raymond, 3 sisters and 4 brothers. She is survived by 5 children, 11 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great-grandchildren. Fay loved to go out to eat, spend time with family and camping. She will be remembered as a loving and nurturing woman, totally devoted to her family. She will be greatly missed. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 from 6 PM to 9 PM, at A.L. Moore Grimshaw Mortuary, 710 W. Bethany Home Rd, Phoenix. Services will be on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at 10 AM at St. Catherine Siena Roman Catholic Church, 6200 S. Central Ave, Phoenix. Rosary will be at 9:15 AM. Burial to follow at St. Francis Cemetery.
