JEFFERSONVILLE - Reba Hicks Napier Phillips, 76, of Clarksville, died Tuesday at Clark Memorial
Hospital. She was a native of Floyd County, Ky.; a retired self-employed beauty operator; a former volunteer for American Red Cross in Louisville and Clark County; and a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Legion auxiliaries, and St. Paul's Episcopal Church. Survivors: sons Rex Phillips and Charles E. and Carlos R. Napier; stepdaughters Helena Redmon and Nancy Day; stepsons Lynn, Ed and Kanton Napier; brothers Rodger, Clarence, Ezra and E.B. Hicks; sisters Rhoda Ousley and Bertha Hicks; 19 grandchildren; and 33 great-grandchildren. Funeral: 10 a.m. Thursday, her church. Burial: Walnut Ridge. Visitation: Scott, 2-8 p.m. Wednesday. Memorial gifts: her- church or American Cancer Society.
