Survivors: sons Rex Phillips and Charles E. and Carlos R. Napier; stepdaughters Helena Redmon and Nancy Day; stepsons Lynn, Ed and Kanton Napier; brothers Rodger, Clarence, Ezra and E.B. Hicks; sisters Rhoda Ousley and Bertha Hicks; 19 grandchildren; and 33 great-grandchildren. Funeral: 10 a.m. Thursday, her church. Burial: Walnut Ridge. Visitation: Scott, 2-8 p.m. Wednesday.
