Mrs. Henrietta Adair, widow of the late S. Dunlap Adair, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Josephine Herman, West High street, at 7.30 o'clock this morning, of a general breaking down of the system due to her advanced age. Ms. Adair was in her eight-eighth year. She was the daughter of the late John Gray, a prominent man of this section in Revolutionary times. The deceased was a lifelong member of St. Johns Episcopal Church and was a most estimable woman. Besides her daughter, Mrs. Herman, Mrs. Adair is survived by one sister, Mrs. Green, of York.
The same paper on April 26th noted interment would be in the Old Graveyard.
