Crab Orchard-Elsie Osborne, 86, of Harrodsburg Road, Danville, died at 1:30 a.m. today at Ephraim McDowell Memorial Hospital in Danville after a long illness. She was born October 30, 1899, in Harlan County.
Survivors include her husband, Jasper Osborne; four sons, Clinton Osborne, of Berea, Vernon Osborne of Alcoa, Tenn., Roy G. Osborne of Danville and Billy Osborne of St. Louis, Mo.; a daughter, Betty [sic Bette] Jane Ellison of Danville; and several grandchildren.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Martin Funeral Home, Crab Orchard. Burial will be in Crab Orchard Cemetery.
