BERTHOLF, AGNELLA, 81, of Jeffersontown, passed away Thursday, June 9, 2005. She was a retired employee of General Electric Appliance Park. Miss Bertholf is survived by her sisters, Elaine First, Anna Grubbs, Thelma Grant and Edna Snyder; cousin, Mildred Lowe; friends, Harriet Seller, Susie McAvoy, Shirley Raymond and Louise Ralston; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Her funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Foreman Funeral Home, 10600 Taylorsville Rd., Jeffersontown, with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 2-7 p.m. Friday. Memorial gifts may be made to the WHAS Crusade for Children.
