BRUCE GLESNER PLETCHER
Services for Bruce Glesner Pletcher, age 71, of Ardmore were held Friday, July 8, in Harvey Chapel. Johnny Elmore officiated with interment in McAlister Cemetery. Harvey Funeral Home directed the services.
Born July 23, 1911 at Mill Creek, Pletcher died July 6 in an Ardmore hospital. He was a resident of Ardmore most of his life and married Winnie Crownover in Ardmore on December 14, 1935. He was a retired rancher and member of the First Avenue Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife of the home; three sons, Raymond of Ardmore, Jackie and Monty both of Lone Grove; three daughters, Mrs. Jacqita Patton of Lone Grove, Mrs. Linda Biber of Wilson, Mrs. Gail Brown of Henderson, TX; his mother, Maude Pletcher of Springer; five brothers, Everett of Davis, W.W. of Wichita, KS, Brice, A.C. and Buck of Springer; three sisters, Mrs. Marie Underwood, Del City, Mrs. Rita Taylor of Springer, Mrs. Norma Brown of Overbrook; 14 grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
