Samuel Brenneman was born Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at the University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City. Due to trisomy 18 and hypoplastic left heart syndrome, his time on earth was very short, and he passed away on Tuesday, March 21, 2017.
He is survived by his parents Laban and Delores (Schrock) Brenneman, 5 brothers and 5 sisters; Paul, Wilma, Nathan, Ida Mae, Perry Ray, Ervin, Sara Joy, Jerry, Hannah, Martha Sue; grandparents, Bertha Brenneman, Jerry and Magdalena Schrock, 5 uncles, 5 aunts and 51 cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Raymond G. Brenneman and 2 cousins, Karlene Brenneman and Joseph Brenneman.
Graveside services were held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, March 25, 2017 in the North Gingerich Cemetery. Minister in charge was Ivan Borntrager.
The Yoder-Powell Funeral Home in Kalona was in charge of the arrangements.
