MR. OLIN BAXLEY
Olin Baxley, 69, died Friday, March 17, 2006 at the Palmetto Richland Memorial Hospital, Columbia, S.C.
Mr. Baxley was born in Barnwell County and was the son of the late Edward and Mittie Zissette Baxley. He was a retired from the shop of the Milliken Corp. with 43 years service. He was a member of the Reedy Branch Baptist Church and a former member of the SC National Guard, Barnwell Unit.
Funeral services will be held 4:00 p.m. Monday, March 20, 2006 at the Reedy Branch Baptist Church with the Rev. Warren, Rev. Ted Still and Rev. Farrell Ray officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday evening at Mole Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, 90 Manville Dr., Barnwell, SC 29812.
Survivors include his wife, Sylvian Hutto Baxley of Barnwell; son and daughter-in-law, Allen and Becky Baxley of Barnwell; granddaughter, Holly Baxley of Barnwell; brother, J.B. Baxley of Barnwell and sister, Helen Baxley Ridgeway of Florence, S.C. He was predeceased by two brothers, Benson Baxley and Henry Gaines Baxley.
