Ruth Caudle Beasley , 88, a longtime resident of Mansfield for over 60 years, passed away in her home surrounded by her family and loved ones on Friday, March 17, 2017.
Ruth would like to let you know that her work as a mother, grandmother and great-grandmother is done on earth. She received a call she could not refuse for an appointment that she cannot return. This appointment comes with a huge sign on bonus of a reunion with family that she has not seen in quite some time.
Ruth was born Dec. 1, 1928, in Hill County. She was the daughter of Lee Caudle and Della Bennett Caudle. She was raised in Hill County and moved to Mansfield with her beloved husband in the early 50s. She was an amazing woman that believed in God, and her family knows that she will be watching them from Heaven. She was a homemaker and raised her four children, but also helped with the upbringing of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her greatest joy was to be with her family and her two pets (Lucky and Little Man). She enjoyed family gatherings, baking, shopping and traveling to new places. Ruth was an extraordinary woman and was loved by many family and friends that will miss her tremendously
Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Foye Beasley; son, James Beasley; son-in-law, Mike Foster; twin sister; Ruby Schulz; brother, Gilbert Caudle; sisters, Euna Yates, LelaMae (Jack) Watson, Lena Faye (Pete) Salter.
Survivors: She survived by her children; Cynthia Williams (Dan), Larry Beasley (Angie), and Rhonda Foster; grandchildren, Doug, Mickey, Renee, Karisa, Sarah, Nichole and Alisha. Mrs. Beasley also had 17 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
