Anne Sowby Gillette, beloved mother, sister, and aunt, passed away on March 9, 2017 from advanced Alzheimer's Disease.
Born April 23, 1944 in Salt Lake City to Lawrence and Wilma Sowby.
She attended Garfield Elementary, Brockbank Junior High, and graduated from Cyprus High in Magna, after which she attended business school in Salt Lake City. Her greatest joy was her daughter, and their pet dogs that they both loved dearly.
Survivors include her angel daughter, Kenna Anne; brother, Larry B. Sowby; and sisters, Mary S. Whipple and Thelma S. Alaniz.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 17, 2017 in the Lake Hills Memorial Park, 10055 South State Street (100 East), Sandy.
