Adeline was born on the family farm near Fredonia, in McIntosh County, ND, the daughter of Edward and Emma (Ketterling) Entzi. She graduated from the 8th grade country school and worked on the family farm. Adeline married Arnold Fuchs on November 22, 1947 at the home of Leo Entzi. They made their home on his family farm where they raised small grains, cattle, and milked cows. She was an active member of the Martin Luther Lutheran Church, the ALCW, and Homemakers club in Fredonia. Arnold passed away on February 5, 1984. She continued to make her home on the farm where she had a big garden and beautiful flower beds decorated with pink flamingos. Adeline was an amazing cook and her family loved her baked goods. The highlight of her life was being with children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Adeline is survived by daughter, Karen (Brent) Murphy and their children, Shawna (Kris) Langdon and Cody Murphy; daughter, Karla Fuchs and her son, Justin (Nikki) Fuchs; daughter, Kristi (Jerry) Meidinger and their children, Josh (Amy) Meidinger, Jamie Meidinger, Melissa Meidinger, and Jory Meidinger; great-grandchildren, Robert, Kolter, Avery, Brayden, Parker, Emma, Ayda, Olivia, Kiley, and Jacob; brother, Alvin W. (Irene) Entzi; and sisters, Edna Weispfenning and Etala (Darrel) Ruff.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Emma Entzi; husband, Arnold; brother, Harold; and sister, Esther Fuchs.
