Son of James Hendryx and Eunice Tryon... All records lists this child as Alberty, but James already had a son Albert, so it would seem an error to also name this child Albert, but odder things have happened... Killed during a patriotic rally/ winter carnival. Some family records says he died in 1861 but that date would not confirm the rally stories... Killed by horse or ice.
