Isaac Raymond Wisely was born in Murphysboro, Illinois on July 19, 1908, a son of John and Matilda (Batty) Wisely.
He was married to Leona J. King, who died in 1982.
He is survived by one sister, Beulah Yearian of Murphysboro.
In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters, one half-sister, one brother and one half-brother.
Mr. Wisely died at the age of 81 in the Jackson County Nursing Home on Friday, April 20, 1990.
Burial in St. Andrew’s Cemetery.
