Mr. Eggleston was a longtime resident of Crystal. He formerly owned and operated John A.
Eggleston Construction.
He married Dorothy M. Jones on Oct. 13, 1945, in Evergreen Township.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy M. Eggleston; children, Anita G. Aikens of Sheridan, James A.
and Kris Eggleston of Stanton, Robin S. Miller of Grand Blanc; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; four sisters, Irene Perry of Durand, Margaret Smith of Owosso, Nancy Eggleston
of Elk Grove, Calif., Janet and Carl Moore of Osgood, Ind.; and one brother, David and Janey
Eggleston of Oroville, Calif.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Robert Eggleston; and a daughter-in-law,
Christa Eggleston.
In accordance with the wishes of the family, there will be no visitation and memorial services will
be held privately for the family at a later date.
