He was a member of Beulah Baptist Church where he served as deacon. He was retired from J.P. Stephens in Dublin and served in the Army during the Korean War.
SURVIVORS: his wife, Francis Goss Foskey; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Jeff Foskey of Glenwood and Stefan and Degie Foskey of Glenwood; one daughter and son-in-law, Teresa and Sergio Rios of Dublin; a sister, Lois Wynn of Glenwood; a brother, Joe Ed Foskey of Glenwood; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
FUNERAL: 2 p.m. todays at the Beulah Baptist Church, Wheeler County, with burial to follow in the church cemetery. -Savannah Now, Sept 1999
