Hazel Irene Kellams, 95, passed away June 26, 2006 at the Franklin United Methodist Community. She was a resident of Franklin for 70 years. She was born September 29, 1910 in Bedford, Indiana to the late James W. and Addie (Guthrie) Anderson. She married George Kellams on November 18, 1929 and he preceded her in death on December 14, 1983. Survivors include two daughters, Marilyn (Richard) Lusk of Franklin and Loretta (Ted) Gibbens of Nashville, Tennessee; four grandchildren, Connie Brinson, Carol Brownfield, Tom Gibbens, and Ellen Adams; and 10 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Wayne and Ray Anderson and one sister, Fay McCoy. She was a 1929 graduate of Bedford High School. She was a homemaker and a member of Grace United Methodist Church, Tri Psi Auxillary, and Psi Iota Xi Sorority.
