Dwaine Hilbern, 81, a former aircraft technician at Tinker, and a former Oklahoma City police officer (ca. 1964-1973), died on Wednesday morning in Oklahoma City. Dwaine was survived by at least one son, David Hilbern of Oklahoma City. A graveside service at Resthaven Cemetery at 10:00 a.m., preceded a memorial service at 11:00 a.m., Friday, at Southwest Church of Christ in Oklahoma City. Arrangements were through Caskets Inc. & Johnson, Del City, Oklahoma.
