Rascher, Kenneth D. July 15, 1969 - January 24, 2017. Passed away with his loving family and friends by his side. Beloved son of David Rascher (Carol Crites) and Joy Bortle (Jack); cherished step-brother, uncle, nephew and cousin; dearest friend and mentor to many.
Ken fought hard against cancer with grace, humor, love and kindness. He inspired others with his devoted friendship, artistic creativity, love for beautiful objects, and his passion for design, fashion and politics. He was quietly kind to many people and will be long remembered for those loving acts.
A special thank you and tribute to the wonderful nurses and medical staff on 7700 at St. Luke's Hospital - you were angels and he loved you all!
Kenneth's last wishes are that everyone celebrate his life by wearing bright colors to his funeral and remember to rejoice in life. He was so grateful for the love of his family and friends.
