If possible "Please" help out your photo volunteers by obtaining the plot information from the cemetery and adding it to your request. Also if you remark that you are requesting both spouses, please submit a separate request for each spouse. For instance, the military cemeteries MAY have the spouse's information on the BACK of a grave marker OR a separate grave site.

Remember you are asking the volunteers to help you on their own time. Making it easier on them means they spend less time trying to gather/research the data in trying to find the grave locations, which in turn means they can get to the cemetery to full fill your requests that much quicker.

All pictures remain the "intellectual property" of the photographer. They are granting you a limited right to display the picture.
