George H. Anderson, aged 74 years [sic], died Wednesday [Feb.27, 1918] at the home of his son, John R. Anderson, near Anthony, after a short illness. Mr. Anderson was born near Anthony, and spent his entire active life in that vicinity. He married Miss Jane Castner, who died several years ago. Funeral services were held on Friday [Mar.1] at the home of his son-in-law, John Bessick, at Anthony. Burial Was in the Pleasant Grove Union Cemetery.
