Mary Anderson died at the age of 69. She was known as "Beth." She was raised in Holladay and graduated from Olympus High School in 1955. She attended Brigham Young University and graduated there in 1959, with a Degree in Home Economics. She married H. Steven Anderson on August 6th, 1960 in Ely, Nevada. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple. They raised their family in Sandy, Utah, later moving to Utah County. Beth enjoyed cooking and baking, for several years had her own Cookie Business called..."Delightful Cookies." She worked in the LDS Church and served in the Young Womens and Primary Womens Programs. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, Max Hobbs, a granddaughter, Jaylynn Anderson and great-granddaughter, makayla McPherson. She is survived by: Her husband of 46 years, Steven Anderson of Pleasent Grove, Utah, three children...two sons, Steven L. Anderson from Santaquin, Utah, H. Bryan Anderson from Mapleton, Utah, and a daughter, Julie Anderson from Pleasent Grove, Utah, plus 8 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
