Roger Oneal Ard, 64, died suddenly Saturday, December 24, 2016, at Lake City Community Hospital.
Oneal was born October 29, 1952, in Florence County, son of the late Clifford Ard and Oneita Stone Ard. He was a mechanic for Wellman Industries and loved go-karts, dancing, fishing and hunting. Oneal was a real "shade-tree mechanic" who enjoyed tinkering on lawn mowers, cars, trucks, and small engines.
Oneal was predeceased by a sister, Connie Ard; and a brother, Buddy Ard.
