Frank Henry Lange, 83, died at 10:30 AM Thursday [Aug. 8,1968] in his West Lafayette home, following four years of failing health. Born in Lafayette, he was a lifetime resident of the Lafayette-West Lafayette area. He and Cecelia T. Higman were married on June 14, 1916, in Lafayette; she survives.

Mr. Lange had been a baker at St. Elizabeth Hospital for 28 years prior to his retirement in 1959. Prior to working at St. Elizabeth Hospital, he had worked for Lange Bakery.

Surviving with the widow are three sons, Robert Lange of Akron, OH, Harold Lange of Lafayette, and Oliver Lange of West Lafayette; one daughter, Mrs. Lowell [Dorothy] Conrad of Stevensville, MI; eleven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
