Dorothy Lucretia [Lange] Conrad, 96, passed away Jan. 16, 2015, in her Stevensville, MI, home. Born April 10, 1918, in Lafayette, IN, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Celia (Higman) Lange. On March 26, 1935, she married Lowell Conrad and was happily married for 74 years. Dorothy was a homemaker, who kept a busy schedule caring for her family. In her spare time, she enjoyed knitting and collectibles.


Surviving are her children, Phyllis (Tom) Beyer, Thelma (Don) Ferguson, and David (Ann) Conrad; four grandchildren, Diana (David) Batema, Laura Beyer, DVM, Marc (Mary) Ferguson, and Jean (David) Ferguson-Thomas; five great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter; two brothers, Harold (Lucille) Lange and Oliver (Barbara) Lange. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; granddaughter, Elizabeth Ann; and brother, Robert Lange.
