Margaret J. “Peg” May, 62, of Hanover, entered into God’s eternal care, Friday, December 16, 2016 at her home. She was the wife of Michael M. Miller who died December 6, 1978 and Scott A. May to whom she was married 17 years. Born December 24, 1953 in Hanover, she was the daughter of the late William J. and Miriam N. (Amspacher) Myers.
Peg was retired from Delia’s Distribution Center, Hanover. She was a member of Annunciation Catholic Church, McSherrystown and a 1971 graduate of Delone Catholic High School, McSherrystown. Peg enjoyed her flower gardening, her dog Bridget and especially spending time with family and friends.
Surviving in addition to her husband is one daughter; Brandy Lee Miller of Hanover, and six siblings; Barbara Myers, Patricia Sponseller, Sue Feeser, Joel Myers and Sharon Aupperle all of Hanover and Mary Collins of Littlestown.
Following a Celebration of Life Service with Rev. Charles L. Persing officiating, burial will follow in the parish cemetery.
