MISS ALICE BAKER

Who had resided at the Daniel P. Brown home in Curryville for 10 years,
died at 1:35 p.m. yesterday in an Altoona nursing home after an extended illness.
She was born in Altoona May 18, 1882, and reared by foster parents,
James E. and Nancy (Replogle) Mock.
Surviving are a sister-in-law, Mrs. Grace Rhodes of Altoona, and nine nieces and nephews.
She was active member of the Curryville Church of the Brethren, where she had served as superintendent of the Sunday School and on various committees, a member of the Older Servants Bible Class, and a teacher in the North Woodbury schools for a number of years.
Friends will be received in the Miller & Bolger Funeral Home, Martinsburg,
after 7 p.m. today.

BAKER - Services for Miss Alice Baker of Curryville will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in the Curryville Church of the Brethren by the Rev. Lee A. Weaver.
Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Martinsburg.
Friends will be received in the Miller & Bolger Funeral Home, Martinsburg,
after 7 p.m. today.
