Carmine Campellone, 99, formerly of Charles Street, a weaver for the former Lorraine Manufacturing Co. in Pawtucket for 35 years before retiring in 1966, died yesterday at Wayland Health Center. He was the husband of the late Emilia (Caccia) Campellone.

Born in Italy, he was a son of the late Giovanni and Annantonia (Amodeo) Campellone. He settled in Providence in 1908. He had also lived in North Providence.

He leaves two daughters, Viola Coppa and Elaine Pontarelli, both of North Providence; three sons, Alfred Campellone of Providence, Raymond Campellone of North Providence and Allen Campellone of Pittsburgh, Pa.; 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 9 a.m. at St. Ann Church, Hawkins Street. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket.
