Services will be Wednesday at Hilliard-Cox Funeral Home, Lyman St. Wadsworth, where friends may call Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery.
He was born in Bellaire, Ohio, and had resided in the Wadsworth area for 29 years. He was a U. S. Army veteran of World War II and had been a coremaker at ConRail in Orrville for 37 years. He was a member of the VFW Post.
Surviving are his wife, Lucille Garner Bigler; three daughters; two grandchildren, three brothers, Earl of Creston, Walter of Bellaire and Harold of Rittman, and five sisters, Ethel Evans of Seville, Hilda Sprowl, Gertrude Helms and Irene Lendon, all of Rittman, and Inez Scott of Arizona.
