Mrs. Rose A. King, 88, widow of John J. King, formerly of Mt. Pleasant Twp., Littlestown R.2, died in a Harrisburg hospital Saturday at 9:30 a.m. Her husband preceded her in death in July of 1950. She was a daughter of the late Alfred and Ellen (Bair) Arentz.
Surviving are two children, mrs. Arthur McGuigan, Dover, and Calvin A. King, York: one grandchild and two great-grandchildren; three sisters and one brother, Mrs. newton Wherley, Hanover R.4: Allen Arentz and Miss Edna Arentz, Gettysburg R.1.
Funeral services Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock from Little's Funeral Home, Littlestown, with the Rev. mark A. Heiney, pastor of Grace Lutheran Church, Two taverns, officiating. Internment in the church cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home this evening.
