Joe was born on April 19, 1952 in Ladysmith, WI to Walter and Nell Radka. He went to Bruce Schools and graduated in 1970. Shortly after graduation he joined the Navy and served his country for four years.
Joe leaves behind his daughter and two grandsons. He was proud of them and bragged about his grandsons. He also leaves behind his oldest brother and 2 sisters, and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers Ralph and Mike Radka and his sister Marcella Janssen.
Graveside services with full Military Honors are planned for Saturday, November 19th at 11:00 a.m. at St. Ann's Catholic Cemetery, Murry, WI - approx. 10 miles north of Bruce, WI on State Hwy 40 (located with the St. Ann's Catholic Church on top of the hill).
